Ticketmaster Entertainment Rewards Class Action

Class Eligibility:

The settlement covers users of the Ticketmaster.com website between 9/27/04 and 6/9/2009, who were enrolled and charged for the Entertainment Reward program, did not use the program, and have not yet received a full refund.

Craig and Julie Johnson v. Ticketmaster, et al., Case No. CV-08-07509 DSF
Case Summary:

We welcome repeat visitor, Ticketmaster, back to our site. In this case, Ticketmaster apparently not satisfied with it’s extortionate fees, is accused of tricking it’s customers into enrolling into an Entertainment Rewards program that billed them $9 per month and that few customers knew they were enrolling in and even fewer used. Ticketmaster denies the accusation, but nonetheless agreed to the settlement.
