The settlement is open to people that received unsolicitied text messages from Disco. Some examples of these text messages include:
Disco is a group texting (SMS) services made by a company called Slide which was later acquired by Google. |
Estimated Amount: |
The settlement will divide the $6,000,000 settlement pool among approved claimants. The maximum settlement amount is $500, but we guestimate you are much more likely to get a lower amount more in the range of $200 (because there are 400,000 eligible class members). |
