Members of this class action include ” “All persons in the United States beginning January 27, 2012 and continuing through December 31, 2014 who were the subject of a consumer report published by Defendant Selection Management Systems Inc. in connection with their employment and/or volunteer activities that contained adverse information other than records of convictions of crimes and which information antedated the report by more than seven years.”
