Class Eligibility
You are a member of this class action if you are an individual, or entity, who resides in Missouri and who indirectly purchased Milk and Cream Products produced or supplied by Dairy Farmers of America, Inc. and/or Hiland Dairy primarily for personal, family or household purposes and not for resale, within Missouri, at any time from January 1, 2004 through the present. The following milk brands are included:
