Class Eligibility
In order to be a member of this TCPA settlement you must meet the following criteria:
- Be U.S. resident who subscribed to a fax number which, between Apr. 24, 2011 and May 24, 2016, received a fax message advertising property, goods or services that were sent by or on behalf of the defendants Arshon Silicon Technology Inc. and/or Seyed-Maziar Hosseini
- You never provided prior express consent or invitation to receive such faxed advertisements
- At the time that you received the fax or faxes You did not have an established business relationship with the defendants or the faxed advertisement did not display a clear and conspicuous opt-out notice or lacked a phone or fax number for sending the opt-out request, said notices are usually in the bottom of page
