You are a class member if while you were a California resident, you (1) received a telephone call between March 27, 2012 and June 16, 2017 regarding the collection of a debt and spoke with an agent of Synchrony Bank, (2) did not have an account with Synchrony Bank at the time of the call and (3) were not informed at the beginning of the call that the call may be recorded, then you may be entitled to a class action settlement.
