Class Eligibility
All persons identified in the Settlement Class List who, when making payment for a transaction at a Microsoft retail store located in the United States, made such payment using a credit or debit card and were provided with a printed point-of-sale receipt instead of an email receipt which displayed more than the last five digits of said credit or debit card number between November 20, 2013 and February 28, 2017.
