The settlement covers all purchases of Humpreys Homeopathic products between June 20, 2008 and June 19, 2013. It includes the following products:

You can make a claim for the purchase amount of each product up to a maximum of $10 per product. The maximum claim is $50 if you don’t have receipts, and $100 if you do have receipts. Note that if claims lead to the $1,400,000 claim fund being exhausted, then claims will be reduced pro-rata. |
