Class Eligibility
You are a member of the settlement if you purchased a CRT monitor or TV between March 1, 1995 and November 25, 2007 and reside in Washington or had headquarters in the state during the purchase period; bought the CRT monitor/TV from a retailer; and purchased the product for personal use only.
Estimated Amount
Up to $6 per CRT TV and up to $20 per CRT computer monitor.
Proof of Purchase
Verification possible. The settlement administrator will reach out to individuals who require proof of purchase after filing a claim.
