You are a member of the settlement if you own a home in Nevada that contains, or at any time contained, the Aspen Series BB evaporator coil units.

Proof of Purchase
Verification may require that you allow an inspection of your home and provide the necessary documents. If you replaced your HVAC unit(s), you need to provide the following proof to qualify for the settlement: picture of Aspen Sticker and proof that the system was replaced (invoice from the contractor).
