InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) is being sued due to malware intrusions that affected guests of specific hotel locations and times between August 1, 2016 and December 29, 2016. U.S.-resident guests who used a payment card at the front desk of an affected hotel location or made or attempted to make a purchase at an affected restaurant or bar location (identified in the ‘Documents’ section of the settlement website) during the period in which that hotel, restaurant, or bar was affected by the Data Security Incidents may file a claim.
