The Plaintiff of this suit alleges that Pressed Juicery engaged in false and deceptive advertising, claiming its Greens 2, Greens 3, and Greens 5 juices contained green vegetables like kale or spinach, and that such were the primary ingredients therein. However, the Greens Juices’ first and primary ingredients are fruit juices such as orange, apple, or pineapple juice, which all have more sugar content. .
