You may be a Class Member if you are a United States resident who purchased one or more of the covered Neuriva products from Reckitt Benckiser or an authorized reseller in the United States, for personal consumption and not for resale, between Jan. 1, 2019, and April 23, 2021.
Covered products by the settlement are all sizes of Neuriva Original, Neuriva Plus, and Deuriva De-Stress.

Varies – Class Members may get:
Without proof of purchase: up to $20 (or up to 4 purchases, each at $5.00);
With proof of purchase: up to a maximum $65, or two times $32.50 per valid purchase.
