Class Eligibility
To be an eligible class member you must be a California residents who enrolled in Active Advantage between Jan. 1, 2010 and Dec. 31, 2013 “by means of a sign-up process offered, advertised, or initiated on any interstitial webpage appearing after the completion of the registration process.”
Note:If you are an Individual who already received a full refund for payments made to Active Advantage or who used the Active Advantage membership benefits, are excluded from this settlement.

Case Summary
The lawsuit alleges that Active.com is the only way to register for certain competitive races. Per the plaintiff she visited the site to register for a race, in order to complete the registration she was asked for a credit card.
The plaintiff claims on the lawsuit that Active.com used her credit card to enroll her on a free trial of their Active Advantage program without her authorization. This action resulted in charges of $59.99 for a service she dis not request nor agreed to
The Active Network firmly denies the allegations but agreed to settle the class action lawsuit to avoid the cost and uncertainty of ongoing litigation.
