Aero Knife False Advertising Settlement (Missouri Only)
Class Eligibility
The Settlement provides benefits to Missouri residents who purchased an Aeroknife for personal use and not for resale. Under the proposed Settlement, Telebrands shall issue a full refund plus shipping and handling costs to all Class Members who submit a valid Claim Form and return the Aeroknife. Alternatively, Telebrands shall issue a payment of Five Dollars ($5.00) to all Class Members who submit a valid Claim Form under penalty of perjury and retain the Aeroknife.
