To be a member of this settlement you must have been a direct purchaser of Airfreight Shipping Services to or from the United States from any of the airlines listed below (or their parents, predecessors, successors, subsidiaries or affiliates) between Jan. 1, 2000 and Sept. 30, 2006.

Estimated Amount


The amount of your payment will depend on if the purchases were inbound (shipments to the U.S.) or outbound (shipments from the U.S.).

Your Inbound purchases will be valued at 1.625 times the dollar amount of such purchases. No multiplier will apply to outbound purchases.

Your Shipments within the U.S. will only be calculated for Asiana, EVA and Nippon Cargo settlements.

According to the plaintiffs of this lawsuit certain airlines engaged in price-fixing schemes by including surcharges, such as security and fuel fees, furthermore they agreed to eliminate certain discounts for Airfreight Shipping Services.Due to this alleged conspiracy, plaintiffs claimed they paid more for services that they would have paid otherwise
