Class Eligibility
You can consider yourself a member of the class if, on or after Aug. 27, 2009, you received a call on your cell phone with a prerecorded message or robocall that was made by or on behalf of Appstack.
Estimated Amount
$40 – $100 (estimated).
The amount each claimant receives will depend on the total number of Claim Forms that are submitted by Class Members.
