Arbor Hills Landfill Class Action Settlement (Salem, Michigan)
Class Eligibility
All persons who rented or owned or resided at a residential property located within the Class Area at any point in time between April 25, 2013 and the present and (2) any person or entity who completed and submitted a Data Sheet complaining of odors to Class Counsel prior to February 1, 2017. The Class Area means the geographic area that is outlined in Exhibit D to the Settlement Agreement.
