Extended Warranty – the settlement provides for a ten year, 100,000 mile warranty for the CVT. The warranty will apply without you needing to file anything. Reimbursement – if had repair or replace your transmission because of this defect withing 10 years or 100,000 miles of the original purchase then you are eligible for reimbursement of these expenses. (proof required) |
