Audi CVT Class Action Settlement

Class Eligibility:

Those who purchased or leased an Audi A4 or Audi A6 (2002-06) with a factory installed CVT (continuously variable transmission).

Estimated Amount:

Extended Warranty – the settlement provides for a ten year, 100,000 mile warranty for the CVT. The warranty will apply without you needing to file anything.

Reimbursement – if had repair or replace your transmission because of this defect withing 10 years or 100,000 miles of the original purchase then you are eligible for reimbursement of these expenses. (proof required)

Proof of Purchase:

Not required, for warranty. Required for reimbursement of expense associated with replacing or repairing the CVT.
