Those who purchased or leased a Volkswagen (VW) Touareg (2004-07) or a Audi A4 (2005-06) that came factory equipped with HID headlights (High-Intensity Discharge). HID lamps are a type of high efficiency headlight (often called Xenon headlights) that are used on higher end cars and have a bluish tinged light. |

Extended Warranty – the settlement provides for a five year warranty for the headlights, and the warranty will apply without you needing to file anything. Reimbursement – if had to pay for your HID headlights to be repaired or replaced inside of 50,000 miles you can apply to be reimbursed for the expense. (proof required) |
