To be a member of the “Present Member Class” you must be an individual or entity which was at any time a member of Black Warrior, and who is a member of Black Warrior as of the date of the Final Order and Judgment.
To be a member of the “Former Member Class” you must be an individual or entity which was at any time a member of Black Warrior, but are no longer a member of Black Warrior as of the date of the Final Order and Judgment.
