Class Eligibility:

Class Members of the Buffalo Bills Text Spam Class Action Settlement include all individuals who received informational text messages from Buffalo Bills as subscribers of the Buffalo Bills Text Alert Service. Subscribers are those who subscribed to the Buffalo Bills text service by texting the word “BILLS” to the SMS short code 64621 in order to receive SMS text message alerts, and received more than five text messages from the Buffalo Bills within a week. From 9/12/2008 to 1/15/2014

The amount of the award will depend on the number of text messages received.Under the TCPA class action settlements class members are entitled to receive a maximum of one card
