California iPhone Class Action Settlement
Class Eligibility
You are a member of the settlement if you fall under one of the following categories:
iPhone 4 and 4s Class: California residents who purchased at least one iPhone 4 and 4s smartphone from Apple or a third-party retailer between June 24, 2010 through October 10, 2011 for iPhone 4, and between October 11, 2011 through September 20, 2012 for the iPhone 4s, whose wake/sleep button stopped functioning properly within one year of the purchase date.
iPhone 5 Class: California residents who purchased one or more iPhone 5 smartphones from Apple or a third-party retailer before April 1, 2013, whose wake/sleep button stopped working within three years of the purchase date.
