Comcast Set-Top Box Settlement
Class Eligibility
You are a member of the settlement if you reside in the U.S. and subscribed to premium cable in Washington, West Virginia, or California. Others may be class members if they subscribed to premium cable in any state in the U.S. and opted out of Comcast’s arbitration clause as shown in Comcast’s records; and paid a rental fee for a Comcast Set-Top Box. The class period took place from January 1, 2005 and September 5, 2018.
Estimated Amount
$10 to $15 check. Current subscribers who are valid class members have the option to get redeemable credits for a variation of Comcast services.

Case Summary
