Savers Donation Call Class Action Settlement
Class Eligibility
You are a member of the settlement if Apogee made or attempted to make one or more telephone calls to your cellphone about donation solicitation on behalf of Epilepsy Foundation of America between July 1, 2011 and September 30, 2015.
Estimated Amount
Class members will receive a Settlement Certificate that is good for either (a) any goods at any Savers or Value Village thrift store in the U.S. for up to $75 or (b) a cash award option equaling a check of $25.
