Class Eligibility
You are a member of the settlement if you are a U.S. resident who used a debit or credit card at a FCH Restaurants during the time of November 23, 2017 to March 29, 2018.
Estimated Amount
Valid class members may receive either a “Basic Award” ($10), an “Expense Reimbursement Award” ($30 for inconvenience, plus $170 for reimbursement of out of pocket expenses relating to the Security Incident), or an “Extraordinary Expense Award” (Up to $7,500 as reimbursement for qualifying reasons). The amount mentioned is subject to change depending on how many valid claims are submitted.
Proof of Purchase
Yes, a receipt, bank or credit card statement showing proof of purchase at FCH Restaurants during the qualifying class period. Other forms of proof may be accepted as well.
