You are a Class Member of this settlement if:

The settlement includes two Classes:

• The Settlement Class is comprised of certain individuals who purchased title insurance from one of 25 the above-listed title agencies between June 12, 2006 and May 11, 2016; and
• The Tower City Class is comprised of certain individuals who purchased title insurance from Tower City Title Agency LLC between June 12, 2006 and Nov. 9, 2006.
