Hyundai Panoramic Sunroof Class Action Settlement
Class Eligibility
Owners and lessees of a Class Vehicle who purchased or leased a Class Vehicle in the U.S., excluding its territories, and all owners and lessees of a Class Vehicle who purchased or leased a Class Vehicle abroad while they were on active military duty.
In this settlement, Class Vehicle means any of the following vehicles that came factory-equipped with a panoramic sunroof: (a) 2011-2016 model year Sonata Hybrid, (b) 2010-2016 model year Tucson, (c) 2012-2016 model year Sonata, (d) 2012-2016 model year Veloster, (e) 2013-2016 Santa Fe, (f) 2013-2016 Santa Fe Sport, (g) 2013-2016 Elantra GT, (h) 2012-2016 model year Azera, and (i) 2015-2016 model year Genesis.
Estimated Amount
Warranty extension, reimbursement for repairs, reimbursement for rental cars, towing, etc., compensation for experiencing the shattering glass firsthand ($200), compensation for the trade-in ($1,000) or sale of a class vehicle, and compensation for an alternative resolution ($600)
Proof of Purchase
Repair documents which include the repair/payment date, type of repair, cost of repair, and the credit card or bank statement showing the payment made to the dealership.
