Class Eligibility
You are a Class Member of the Kmart ZIP code settlement if you, between Jan. 23, 2010 and Jan. 13, 2016, used a credit card at a Massachusetts Kmart store and your personal identification information (including but not limited to ZIP code) was requested and recorded by Kmart.

Class Members of the Kmart ZIP code settlement may be eligible to receive one of the following benefits:
- A 15 percent off merchandise certificate (the 15 percent off will apply only to the first $100 of the purchase amount)
- A $10 merchandise certificate
- $10 Shop Your Way Points (Class Member must be a member of the Shop Your Way Program to qualify for this benefit)
The merchandise certificates are redeemable at any physical Kmart retail store in Massachusetts.
