The class action applies to certain member of L.A. Fitness in New Jersey (NJ) who were either members of the gym paying monthly dues, or whom purchased personal training packages. |

Personal Training – personal training customers (fitness service agreement) can elect to claim either two 35 minute personal training certificates, or a $100 credit to purchase services at a New Jersey L.A. Fitness. Gym Membership – members that paid monthly dues are eligible for a 45 access pass or a cash payment for one-third of a month of membership dues. |
