Class Eligibility
You are a member of the class if you are a person whose cellular telephone number, at any time on or after Sept. 3, 2009 through July 22, 2015, Department Stores National Bank and/or FDS Bank called using an artificial or prerecorded voice and/or using any automatic telephone dialing system where the call was placed for debt collection purposes in connection with a Macy’s and/or Bloomingdale’s credit card account.
To qualify for benefits, the person must not have provided the cell phone number to defendants and/or the person must not have consented to receiving calls at that phone number.
