Class Eligibility

To be a member of the class you must have filed a a first party insurance claim for physical damage from Jan. 1, 2006 through Dec. 31, 2013 on an Arkansas homeowners insurance policy (this includes home, mobile or manufactured home, condominium, farm/ranch or rental dwelling), issued by MetLife or one of its Affiliates, that resulted in an indemnity payment by MetLife or one of its Affiliates under Coverage A or B, where the claim was paid at less than the limit of liability (accounting for deductible), and where MetLife or one of its Affiliates made an indemnification payment that included a deduction for estimated depreciation of non- material.
