Montage Hotels & Resorts Class Action Settlement
Class Eligibility
You are a member of the settlement if you were given an electronically printed receipt at the front desk of a listed Montage/Pendry Hotel where more than the last five digits of your credit/debit card number or expiration date was printed.
The locations include: Pendry Hotel San Diego, during January 1, 2017 to June 20, 2017; Pendry Hotel Baltimore, during March 1, 2017 to June 30, 2017; or Montage Hotel Palmetto Bluff, during November 1, 2014 to June 30, 2017.
Estimated Amount
Final settlement reward for class members depends on the amount deducted for fees, expenses, and reimbursement costs. If you submit a valid claim form you will be sent a settlement check if the court decides to approve of the final settlement.
