You are a member of the settlement if you made a purchase at any of the New York & Company retail stores located in California from February 11, 2012 to May 23, 2019 or if you made a purchase of one or more New York & Company-branded items at an alleged discount from an “Our Price” at a New York & Company outlet location in California from June 9, 2013 to May 23, 2019.
