Case Summary
The Nexus 6P allegedly has a defect that can cause two different problems: “battery drain” and “bootloop.” “Battery drain” is when the battery significantly reduces or shuts off unexpectedly, even when the battery life icon shows that it is charged. “Bootloop” means the phone repeatedly reboots without ever getting to the home screen, and in some cases, may stop booting altogether.
