Case Summary: | The plaintiff brought a lawsuit about Symantec (Norton’s owner) automatic renewal program. The plaintiff bought an upgrade to the Norton their anti-virus subscription and claims that there was no disclosure that they needed to cancel the automatic renewal of the original product. Symantec denies the allegation. Before the court heard the case the two sides settled. |
