Class Eligibility
Class Members of the NYC towing settlement include anyone who, between 1999 and 2009, had their vehicle towed by the Sheriff to satisfy a judgment for unpaid parking tickets. If you paid for your unpaid parking tickets to satisfy the judgment prior to your vehicle being towed, you are also included as a Class Member.
