Omaha Steaks TCPA Class Action Settlement
Class Eligibility
All persons and entities to whom OS placed calls to their cellular telephones through means other than manually dialing each digit of the telephone number during the time period from and including December 9, 2009, through and including December 17, 2013, without their prior express consent.
The Settlement Class has been divided into two subclasses:
- Pre-Core Subclass Members: Settlement Class Members to whom those calls, described above, were placed during the time period between and including December 9, 2009, through and including October 15, 2013; and
- Core Subclass Members: Settlement Class Members to whom those calls, described above, were placed during the time period between and including October 16, 2013, through and including December 17, 2013.

The amounts will be adjusted pro-rata based on the number of qualified submissions
