Class Eligibility
You are a member of the settlement if you are a California resident who purchased Wyeth’s Hormone Replacement Therapy products, Premarin, Prempro, and/or Premphase between January 1995 and January 2003, and who do not seek personal injury damages resulting from your use of Premarin, Prempro, and/or Premphase.
