You may be a Settlement Class Member if Quick Search prepared a background report on you at any time between November 3, 2013 to March 7, 2017 and either the report labeled a Pennsylvania summary offense as a misdemeanor or a more severe offense, and/or reported the same criminal incident more than once in the report.
