Rue La La Class Action Settlement

Class Eligibility

Class Members of the Rue La La class action settlement include all persons in the United states who, on or before May 3, 2013, purchased from a voucher redeemable for goods and/or services that contained an expiration date.

To be a qualifying voucher, the Rue La La voucher must be an internet-based voucher that could have been redeemed for goods and/or services sold by or via Rue La La through, and that was not redeemed or could not be redeemed due to the expiration date.

A qualifying voucher does not include a voucher that was:

(1) Redeemed at a merchant for its paid value; or

(2) Previously refunded by Rue La La or a merchant; or

(3) Redeemable for a specific event on a specific date; or

(4) Redeemable for any travel-related services, including but not limited to lodging, cruising, or transportation services.

Estimated Amount

Varies Class action members will receive an amount equal to the value of the voucher purchased.
