The Lawsuit alleges that SeaWorld printed transaction receipts which contained the expiration date of its customers’ personal, individual credit or debit cards, in violation of federal law. The time frame involved is March 28, 2013 through April 1, 2017 (the “Class Period”). SeaWorld denies any liability, and there has been no finding that SeaWorld has violated any laws.
