Estimated Amount:

The amount of compensation depends on the harm you incurred as a result of using the product as follows:

  • No Injury – reimbursement for product purchase up to $10
  • Minor Injury (No expenses) – $40
  • Minor Injury (Documented Expenses) – reimbursement for expenses up to $800
  • Significant Injury (Requires Examination) – up to $25,000
