Class Eligibility
You are a member of the settlement if the following applies to you:
Bought a ticket from Japan Airlines International Company, Ltd. or ANA during February 1, 2005 and December 31, 2007 that included a fuel surcharge
Purchased a ticket from JAL or ANA between January 1, 2000 and April 1, 2006 for a Satogaeri fare which included at least one flight that took off in the U.S. or Japan
Bought a ticket from one of the qualifying 13 airlines during January 1, 2000 and December 1, 2016 and the ticket included at least one flight that took off in the U.S. to Asia or Oceania.
