You are a member of the settlement if you meet the following requirements:
A) you made a property insurance claim with Travelers for Structural Damage to an Insured Structure located in the United States of America under a Policy issued by Travelers;
B) your insurance claim falls within a time period known as the Settlement Class Period;
C) your Travelers Policy included certain Rot Remediation Coverage;
D) your insurance claim included Rot Damage; and
E) the Rot Damage portion of the claim was denied by Travelers.
