Class Eligibility
Class Members of the U-Prosta settlement includes all individuals who purchased U-Prosta between between April 13, 2010 and March 16, 2011.
Class members must reside and have purchased U-Prosta in the State of California

According to the plaintiffs the manufacturers of U-Prosta included prescription medicine making it an unapproved drug. By including these ingredients U-Prosta violated the Consumer Legal Remedies Act of California by engaging in false advertising, conversion, misrepresentation and unfair business practices and negligence.
