Class Eligibility:	Owners and past owners of homes with Viega Brass fittings (Vanguard F 1807 and Vanguard Yellow Brass fittings).
Estimated Amount:	The settlement provides two benefits: Dezincification Warranty – Viega will provide a warranty covering failings of their fittings including leaks and drop in water flow dues to zinc leaching out of the fittings. Repair / Replacement – Viega will pay cost and expenses associated with repairing or replacing fitting associated with eligible failures.
