Warcraft Text Message Class Action Settlement
Class Eligibility
You are a member of the settlement if you fit the description of one of the following classes:
ATDS Class: includes all people within the U.S. who received at least one text message as part of the Warcraft Text Messaging Campaign.
Internal-Do-Not-Call Class: includes all people within the U.S. who received at least one text message to a residential line as part of the Warcraft Text Messaging Campaign, where one text was received after the class member requested to not receive additional texts.
National Do-Not-Call Class: includes all people within the U.S. who received at least one text message to a residential line as part of the Warcraft Text Messaging Campaign in a 12-month period and more than 30 days after their number was added to the National Do-Not-Call list.
Out of Time Class: includes all people within the U.S. who received at least one text message to a residential line as part of the Warcraft Text Messaging Campaign, where one or more was before 8 A.M. or after 9 P.M. local time at the recipient’s location.
