You are a member of the Class if you bought an XHose in the U.S. between Jan. 1, 2012 and Dec. 29, 2015.

The XHose class action settlement provides benefits for both direct and non-direct purchasers.
Direct buyers are those who purchased the product directly from www.xhose.com or by calling the toll-free number in response to a TV advertisement. Those who fit into this group can make a claim for one of the following:
- Warranty extension of 270 days from the date of purchase
- $15 for each hose up to $45 per person
- Those who return the male and female XHose end fittings may receive $30 for each purchase
Non-Direct purchasers are individuals who purchased an XHose from a retail store or website other than www.xhose.com. Non-Direct buyers can make a claim for one of the following:
- $8 per person
- Those who return the male and female XHose end fittings may receive $30 for each purchase, up to a max of $90 per person
