Clearwire Debt Collection Calls

Class Eligibility:

The settlement covers people called by on behalf of Clearwire by their debt collection agency in the following four categories:

  • Revoked Consent – Clearwire customers who received calls after asking Clearwire or its vendors not to call
  • Non-Customer Claims – non-Clearwire customers who received calls on behalf of Clearwire
  • Cell Calls – Cleawire customers who signed up before April 1, 2010 and who received robocalls on their cell phones
  • Washington State Calls – people who received robocalls on any telephone in Washington State
Estimated Amount:

The settlement pays $25 per offending call up to a maximum of $100.

Clearwire will also forgive all debts owed by class members as of April 30, 2010 that were still unpaid as of December 7, 2012.
